TESTING & METHODS
Different questions.
Different evidence.
Begin by identifying the measurement you need. Chromatographic area, analyte content and chemical identity require different support.
CHROMATOGRAPHIC PROFILE
Relative peak area
An area percentage describes an integrated peak relative to the included detector responses under a particular method. It depends on the preparation, detector settings and integration rules. It is not automatically the mass fraction of the sample or the amount of analyte in a vial.
ANALYTE CONTENT
A quantitative question
A defensible content result needs an appropriate analyte-specific method, suitable reference material, calibration, sample preparation and controls. We confirm what the available method can support before agreeing to a quantitative scope.
Weighing the powder measures total mass. It does not by itself establish how much of a specific analyte is present.
CHEMICAL IDENTITY
Use the right supporting evidence
Retention time and absorbance data can contribute to an investigation, but they do not establish every compound identity on their own. We do not represent this HPLC/DAD configuration as an in-house mass-spectrometry platform. Any external testing and its provider must be identified separately.
PROJECT WORKFLOW
From question to documented result.
- Describe the material, batch, quantity and research objective.
- Confirm feasibility, required references, preparation, handling and deliverables.
- Receive acceptance and shipment instructions before sending material.
- Review the resulting data alongside the method, calculations and limitations.
WORK WITH CHUDIK SCIENTIFIC
